He is from the same planet, just different time line. And yep, he is a robot cat, and his price when he was sold to Nobita's great grand son was quite...cheap. Maybe someone should do the robot(monotony) voice on Doraemon...!!!

I thought we are gonna do a voice cross..... Oh wait, I forgot, you're half girl.... You can do nobita..... You'll probably the only one who can do that wuss tone perfectly... XD

So that settles it. Kaichou will be nobita. Make sure you play his voice in a very sissy-wuss like tone.
