[Solved]No Scanner!

As the title puts it, we have no scanner to scan our hand-drawn artworks in the library. I made a complaint on that issue before but we still have no scanner or at least none I know of.

I strongly suggest that we get one or else we'll have major issues in submitting out individual artworks to not only this site but other sites as well (such as Deviantart).

actually THERE is a scanner!!! the photocopy machine can scan your artwork..but i havent tested the machine..it has scanning capability though

or you can pm me so I can post for you...or give u the soft copy

no worries. i know how to use the dumb scanner in the library. but a bit troublesome. nid to send to email 1st then only can retrieve to upload. i'll post a guide ASAP.

scan first, then email or send through IM to the original artist to post up XD

true true. i've never used the photostat machine at the lib. will always go to the comp labs @ building 9 to print my notes.

anyway, i'm willing to volunteer to help scan as well (email or citation, your choice =P ) if anyone's interested.

Actually there is a scanner at one of the com labs @ building 9 4th floor the 1 beside the engineering management office. I use it sometimes.

I think all computer labs at building 9 level 5 have scanners. At least, the ones closest to the open air seating area do.

Comp Lab 9 at level 5 has 2 scanners and one huge printer O.o XD Out of the elevator on your right haha

Well I definitely cannot scan my yaoi manga covers here...

I wonder if I'll be put to jail if I was caught, what with all that Anwar case going around... XD

Here u go guys, as i promised, the guide on how to use the scanner in the library:

1. Scan student card.
2. Choose Photocopy
3. Press the all services button.
4. On the touch screen, select Email.
5. Then select keyboard.
6. Key in your email address.
7. Put in the thing u wanna scan and press START.
