Something I noticed regarding this forum

Hm...probably just my imagination, since I joined for only 2-3 days. But, the number of active posters is very, very little. And if I'm not mistaken, almost 90% of them are committee members. Correct me if I'm wrong? I think maybe do something bout this? Advertise more, maybe most new members don't even know the existence of an Amotaku club forum. I meant, the leaflet did show the web link to this forum, but it's so small. Post new topics like manga chapter discussion. I meant, other forums have people starting up topics about popular mangas, everytime a new chapter is released. Like Bleach and Naruto. Anyway, just my observation...

We do have a section for manga. At the moment, we're mostly talking about anime. And most people reply to the latest topics now. And since most of us were busy during the summer holidays, the forum was quite quiet. Now that we're back again, we're emphasizing on the events first.

Yeah i agree with you. Not that many members actually post here apart from the committee members. But im sure during the GM, we will inform our members about the forum. So hopefully after that, more people would log in here. About the small print on the fliers, well it was actually a readable size when i made it. But i did'nt expect it to be printed on small paper, so it turned out smaller than it was supposed to be. Sorry about that. ^^;

Introduce all the committees including the newly elected ones to members and vice-versa. As well as in-forum names.

Hmm.... we did some intro kinda thing (but definitely not enough)... just that I think in general the get up and speak about yourself routine doesn't really work.

Maybe we could play a small game and get people to mix around and talk about themselves. Don't know about other faculties, but my marketing tutor last sem and managerial communications tutor this sem got us to play some kind of mini-game that's about letting other people in the class know more about who we are and our personality.
