I doubt so.... I know how to skate but not very good at stopping. My friend taught me how to stop before but I stopped skating before I managed to learn how to stop properly.

but pyramid's rink is really wet x__X unless you go on a weekday when it's not a school holiday then less people.. also i think the best way to learn how to skate is to learn how to go fast first instead of doing the duck walk around the rink XD

The best time to go ice-skating is during weekdays between Tuesday and Thursday. If we go when there's lots of ppl then it's harder to skate cos it's so crowded that we barely have space to move. Plus it's even more dangerous if we skate in the crowd.

I feel that ice skating is a total waste of money la. Because, its like walking around in circles for hours.
