Who will be the next successor?

Since the club has established for almost a year, there will be committees leaving us.
I would be retiring my job, most probably next year, which, I would still miss my job. =)

The following post will be vacant starting from next year:
President
Treasurer
Secretary

It will be updated if I heard those who wanted to stay or leave.

The reason behind this, it is because we want to train our successor so that we can peacefully leave our post.

Any suggestions you can post here.

Also, for those who are interested to teach japanese(provided you have learned it), we are now short of sensei so, if you are interested, do post here too.

You do not choose a new committee this way. We will have an AGM next semester to re-elect the whole committee. The committees should be new every year so the AGM will be annually.

Since the previous committee was formed in week 3 of the second semester, the next AGM will be in week 3 next semester and will be done so about the same time every year.

Oh and it will be done in an election style. We will have 1 person who nominates another person for a post, and must have another person who seconds that nomination to be a candidate for that post. You can also nominate yourself. Voting will be done after nominations are closed. So the candidates will have to leave the room during the voting process.
