Karaoke Session

hey guys, we're deciding to have a karaoke session for our club members at the staff lounge (woohoo!) but before that, we need karaoke videos! sooo, we need people to help us out to create videos (simple ones are enough) or to learn how to make videos, and also synchronizing the lyrics. so far, emiko n i are doing the synchronizing, so come help us out =D

As long as we can somehow READ and PRONOUNCE them xD

let's throw in a mix of japanese songs and english songs

The subs will be read-able. Put up the list of songs you want, it'll be even better if you have a karaoke-version of the song (meaning no vocals) since we may not have it or find the song (if it's an old song).

i'm sure gendou has a lot of karaoke versions up

Lol.... Just make one relating to the anime of the song. Maybe mix in screen shots of the anime.

Oh gosh! Now you reminds me a really, really crappy karaoke video in RedBox of MJ's "Earth song"(the one with lyrics but no the MTV). Do you know what was shown? A random pair of man and woman holding hands walking around the forest through the WHOLE SONG, WTH?

i still remember this one video where this guy was sitting in his room looking up with a sad face, with scenes of him and this girl walking around town happily being displayed.

L.M.A.O...............my advice for those who are working on the karaeke videos: don't make the videos look like any of these failed examples xDD

Karaoke is out for me but if you need access to the room before the karaoke room, let me or Laughhe know (of course only if they haven't given you access to the rooms via your ID yet)

right... *no comment on above posts* if anyone missed emiko's reply, here's a repeat of it:

we are NOT filming some stupid crappy video. we just need people to compile some artworks or screenshots of the said anime in the song. it would be better if someone is skilled enough to crop parts of the anime into the video

You would need someone who has the skill of cropping the video scenes and MOST IMPORTANTLY, a HUGE collection of animes. I have the original karaoke(found it by accident long time ago)of Kingdom Heart 1's main song, but I don't have the Japanese lyrics D: And it is not actually an anime lol
