Feedbacks on the Karaoke Event!

Hey, sorry I did not make it to the party.

Once again, sorry for not able to attend the event!! @___@

So...was it fun? How many people attended it? =P

about 21-22 people attended. Most of the guys had crazy fun with the karaoke, though the girls (heck, they were the ones who wanted karaoke) hardly took part in it.

I thought you balik kampung already at that time? O__o

I think bcos the guys were dominating the karaoke hahhahaaa.....

I think they want more anime songs...or may-be they are shy to sing in front of the guysXD

well wii didn't get much attention since it was in another room... oh well

Next time we play para para we do it in the arcade....

YES! The guys hogged the karaoke XD Ok la, they did offer the girls the mic.... but I think in the end we were all too shy

But yeah, I think the gals wanted more anime songs ^^

DDR and Para Para was fun. Can make more mistakes than in the arcade

The event is great! We have DDR, we have Wii, we have Para Para and not to mention we have karaoke and we only need to pay for the food cost just to have fun.

Because we have too much activities, sadly some of it are not so popular (Wii, etc.). It can't be helped since the room allocated for them are not the same place as the staff lounge. Well the girls do sing after our lunch but they mostly sang anime songs and some english songs. I guess guy's taste for oldies are not shared with the girls. Not to mention, the guys conquered the room until late afternoon... XD

Like Kaichou and Aki mentioned earlier, maybe having more anime songs will balance out the domination of guys and gals in the karaoke since both of us are familiar with them.

All in all, this event is a success one and hope we can do it next time without losing the positive the touch from last week's event!!

p/s- Because of the karaoke session, the Gatekeeper OP song is stuck in my head for some time. Time to download that song now! XDD

ahh..then I need help! We will prepare more then! haha!! okay..since karaoke is a fantastic event, why not we do it every semester? I have scouted our sister club in monash clayton..they have.....social night with awards! and the thing is they have lots of night events too!

just thought i'd drop in to give you all the fun I had in our past event. First of all, I think we all should thank Keng Fai for his effort to organize the event successfully. I was not a big event BUT the important thing is everyone, especially me had lots of fun.. The day started off with the revolutionary DDR, which is fun despite *cough I was always one step behind the game.. hahahahahahhahaha.. i think I'm too good for the game.. SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE?.

.... than we played PS2 games which I cant remember what game was it.. err.. my bad.. Ate lunch.. spaghetti, egg tarts, dorayaki, superb lunch, ate twice, lutfi ate three times.. HAHAHAHA... The real fun starts when the karaoke session begins.. Started with some emo Japanese songs.. I only sang the english words i saw.. stress.. so hard so hard but FUNNy rite.. especially arthur.. Sang all day long, till evening than played Quake 3.. shit man.. poor graphics but exiciting rite rite? I guess in between someone played Wii, dunno la..battle between characters.. err.. Event ends around 7.

i think i had quite a bit of fun.. until i was relieved of my post on quake 3 LAN battle and never got it back again T__T

then there was lunch, which was sweet (as in tastes sweet.. not the.. you get what i mean) and then got emo guys singing loudly, a bit of dancing..

in any case sorry 4 da late reply but i liked the party very much even tho i came late coz was too tired from da monash ball the previous day. haha i juz went in & hentam all the songs only, i din really care wat kind of song was it or if i sounded like William Hung or not. heck who cares, its a karaoke not a singing contest XD. only well regretted that i missed the Wii else it was nice, thanks 2 all dat helped

I can bring it again and then we can all have a "special" tournament or something

Lol.... We can organize a special Wii tournament like the last time. Then you guys can play til your heart's content (provided that Sinius is willing to lend us his Wii for the long gaming hours).

Overall, apart from the emo singing (no offence), it was great.
