Club and Societies Week Promotion!
Okay, peeps! Welcome back to Monash! I hope you all enjoyed your first day of orientation? 
Back to the topic, CnS Week will be held on Week 2(8th March to 12th) of our study week calender. To stay on as our loyal member, I hope you guys can renew your membership via our booth.
This time, the membership fees stay the SAME, Which is RM 5 per semester! =D Happy?
We will have some cosplayers to promote our booth as well as anime TCG(trading card game), Weiss Schwarz during the promotion. Feel free to visit our booth at your own convenience.
P.S:
a) Alright, since we will have our promotion going on, we seriously need some man-power and resources here!
b) During the promotion, we need you guys to sign up as either:
1) a Helper to Man the booth (2 person for each hour)
2) a cosplay promoter. (during peak hours), suit with theme
c) Committees are compulsory to help out at least two hours of any day. Publicity team must come on Saturday(6th) and Monday(8th) morning to decorate the booth. Theme: K-ruhi, as discussed.
Post your free time that you want to help here, thanks.
Briefing time will be on:
- Thursday(4th), 12noon, at MUSA meeting room.
Lastly,
d) Now, the important thing is, I need two or three figurines to display during the promotion, and of course, with your presence. Bring it when you are manning the booth. Please post here, so that I can reserve some space for your great collection!

I haz Sephiroth :3 And Yuna and Tidus. I can definitely bring those three out for they are mine, but others like Rinoa, Squall, second version of Yuna, and *cannot find the smaller models of FF characters at the moment* are belong to my brother, so I would need to ask him first, but I don't need we need that much...One Sephiroth's awesomeness is more than enough :3 *will definitely bring Sephiroth*
I think most of us can only decide after tomorrow when we have allocated our classes, so I will tell you tomorrow.
By the way...for cosplay promoter, do we prepare our own costume?

I can lend my decks for the tcg but do be careful with them.

I know the theme is K-ruhi, but I'm just wondering if you would find origami cranes and stars useful for decoration or other purposes, because I have extra papers for that. Probably it is a bit early to ask that (since the decoration part would be discussed during briefing time) but I think it is good to let you guys know now just in case anyone needs it. They can make a decent yet inexpensive gifts if you decorate them in a nice way.

My extra "papers" are origami papers bought especially for origami purposes...so they have been cut down to a small, square shaped, and have cute pictures on them, so they are not exactly colour papers in rolls. =P My other idea about decoration is using colour papers(would be better if it is very soft like tissue papers), rolled them into balls and glued them on the board as frame decoration or something. Just suggesting some ideas if you need any.

After a short discussion with YaoiCrazy, we come to a conclusion that we are free after 1pm on Monday, Around 11am to 1pm for Tuesday and Wednesday, but give us some time to eat our lunch(so assume we can only come around 1:30pm or 11:30am respectively) I'm not sure about her, but on Friday after 10am I'm rather free and can help out until around 12pm. We would probably helping in manning the booth(since I don't think we have any costume to wear, but I'd see if there is anything useful in the wardrobe...it doesn't NEED exactly be a character, right?), and oh, will be bringing Sephy(I'd see if I could fit in Yuna and Tidus in the other bag) during that period of time, only IF there is any sudden change in plan or any big issue that we can't help it, but I will let you know about it.

C&S Week starts at about 9am everyday until 4pm except for Friday as it ends at 12pm.
There is actually a general meeting between C&S Division and the clubs (usually C&S Rep and President/Vice-President attends it) on the 4th of March at 6pm to inform the clubs about the C&S Week.
