Sunway Animangaki

First topic message reminder :

Hallo, Marsha here. I'm writing on behalf of the Sunway Anime Club, because they are looking for volunteers to help us out during the Sunway Animangaki event which will be held on June 27 and 28. We need people to patrol the hallways and the hall (Sunway MPH) that we will be using on the 2 days. Briefings will be given beforehand, of course, so no worries. There maybe other tasks as well, but we just need people for the security division for now. We need at least 10-12 more people.

Volunteers get some benefits as well, which is a free pass for each day they help out. Tickets are usually priced at RM8 for a day, and RM12 for 2 days. As for volunteers helping out on 2 days, you get a free Animangaki volunteer T-shirt as well, so please do consider. Please respond, latest by June 20. We really appreciate your help.

@Usagi: Ooh, great! Could you replace a certain "Tim Sum" for 10-12 on Sat? The rest of the schedule is already filled, so you'll get a free pass for the rest of the day, unless an emergency shows up and Sunway needs more hands. Thanks....

General Announcement:
Do show up 30 minutes earlier before your very first shift so that we can brief you. Meet us at our current "HQ" for the security division, which is inside the Sunway MPH, at the back of the hall.

Hey BlitzK, is it ok if me and Arthur switch on Saturday?

If it's fine, I'll be taking the 12-2 at the MPH, while Arthur takes the 2-4 at the movie room since the both of us prefer consecutive shifts XD

oh ok... just as well, I do need to put up a new schedule cos we are putting in ushers for parking and direction-giving as well... look forward to another update on the schedule tonight people.

better not put me for direction-giving... i'm awful at that, rly, ask anyone in the club XD

I'm ok with ushering. I used to study there in Sunway College so I'm quite ok with directing people to the MPH.

Lol... Yeah. You're sole talent: the ability to get lost no matter where and when.

Since directing people to the correct venue, is it also ok with you guys to watch the Monash car park? We will be directing visitors there if the Sunway car park is full, and we were thinking of putting at least 2 people on station (seeing that Monash car park is foresty and "creepy", 2 ppl better than 1 etc...) for 2 hours (same like the other shifts).
