Suggestions for events

any events that u guys wanna suggest. i was thinking of a Japanese tea ceremony but it will be in Menara Citibank there, the 30th floor. anyone interested?

Uh... yeah... I kinda thinking about an event for Ice-breaking first since theres some member which still shy (including me =P) to introduce themselves to another member or even to the staffs.

A little comfy gathering to get to know each other casually would be a good starter IMHO :-?

Shogun does not taste nice if you are a regular at a MYR90++ restaurant.

Went there last time with my friend and stay there for a whole 3 hour duration, LoL~

But the food is about average quality only.

I haven't been there before so I wouldn't know XD But I don't think anyone is a regular customer at a RM90++ restaurant O.o or am I wrong...

i don't see anything wrong with pot luck^^ i think that's a good idea. it doesn't have to be sushi alone though, any japanese food would be great XD like a Japanese Food Appreciation event.. though we arent japs <.<

There are quite a few types of food that's not too hard to get, like desserts and takoyaki.

pot luck means that everyone attending will each bring some kind of food (and maybe even plates, cups, drinks, etc) so that we'll end up with a wide spread of food enough to feed all of us. Wink

this way, each person shares the responsibility of contributing.

I see. That will be really nice. This reminds me of a scene in sinchan where they eat a pot luck and sinchan start putting chocolate and other weird food inside. Very Happy

Ooh... sounds typical of him XD

A pot luck might not necessarily mean steamboat or involve a pot though. It just means that everyone contributes a type of food. For example A brings sushi, B brings canned drinks, C brings teriyaki chicken... that sort of thing.

Yeah n there's a scene in School rumble where some1 puts burgers in it affraid

n all kinds of weird stuff, a ill-intentioned guy even manages 2 sneak in a shoe lace but ends up having it himself Laughing

n it turns out horrible but some of them actually liked it. Laughing

Anyway i think it will be nice 2 do it though. On the other hand if we dun 1 2 go through da trouble of preparing n cleaning up then i think we should go 2 a restaurant or something.
